Jolly old St. Nicholas can only dream of this fantastic clump-forming succulent serving as his sleigh. It certainly wouldn’t require nine reindeer. Part of our Star Aloe program, Aloe 'Christmas Sleigh' is compact and colorful, evoking the green and red colors of Christmastime. This small Altman Plants original hybrid abounds with red teeth on the margins of its leaves and red bumps down the middle of them. Reddens up, with a deep blue base, with good sunlight. In filtered sunlight, the leaves will display a greener shade of handsome. Terrific as a miniature container specimen or as a focal point in a dish garden with other succulents. Perhaps as an otherworldly starfish cluster in an underwater-themed fairy garden. Tubular red flowers in spring. Virtually maintenance free and drought tolerant.
